Herb Thomas

Herb Thomas, self taught Master Glassblower, will join us on Memorial Day weekend for a fascinating look at the ancient craft of glass blowing. With a unique portable furnace, Thomas used 5 ft blowpipes to gather red hot molten glass into beautiful forms including paperweights, vases, and bowls.

This accomplished artist travels the art festival circuit and provides demonstrations at national events. His demonstration is informative and often humorous. We are fortunate to host such a unique local talent.
